Every date and hour here is Nepal local time, UTC+5:45 — the clock the walking kept. Altitudes are the watch's own barometer, which is why the two summits read 8 780 m and 8 504 m rather than 8849 and 8516. The ground is SRTM at one arc-second — contours every 400 m, and every 200 m once the frame is close. The flat runs on the ladder are hours the watch recorded nothing: one altitude, held, because standing still at a camp is not missing data — it is the camp.
